Refunds and Cancellation

1. Free trial

Every new workspace has a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged if you do not subscribe.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page or by emailing info@ha-assure.com. The subscription will not renew, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.

3. Refunds of subscription fees

• Annual fees are not refundable for change of mind once the paid period has started, except as set out here or where the Australian Consumer Law requires.
• If we fail to provide the service as described and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the unused part of the fee pro rata.
• If we end the service or change the terms and you cancel as a result, we will refund the unused part of the fee pro rata.

4. NCSE transition setup (one-off service)

The setup fee is refundable in full if cancelled before work starts. After work starts, we refund the fee less the work already completed, calculated at the proportion of agreed deliverables provided.

5. After cancellation

The workspace becomes read-only. You have 60 days to export everything, after which data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 10 business days of approval.
