What it does
- Specify outcomes and map them to the 17 NCSE 2026 entry-to-practice competencies, or move a 2012 Stage 1 mapping across with the built-in crosswalk.
- Map units and assessments to outcomes as introduced, developed or assessed, with a checker that flags recall-level task wording at AQF 5 and above.
- Record results once; attainment for each student and cohort is calculated, never typed in.
- Log practice exposure against the equivalent-days target for the category (30, 40 or 60 days) and let students write before, during and after reflections.
- Keep the quality record: industry panel minutes, benchmarking, staff profiles and every panel recommendation until it is closed with evidence.
- Produce the evidence pack as Word and Excel files, freeze a dated snapshot, and give panel members time-limited, read-only access.
